  New breakthroughs in water technology

Dear industry colleague,

As scientists, government bodies and industry professionals look at new ways to conserve water, one company is looking at a new way to make water.

The article Windmill technology produces rain highlights Dutch Rainmaker's use of windmill technology to produce drinking water from air.

This sounds all very high tech, but the concept is actually quite simple: wind blades force air through a heat exchanger, so the air is cooled and condensation can take place. When the water falls below its dew point water is produced.

This is just one example of the innovation that is taking place globally. There are many more out there and we'd like to hear about them and share them.

www.worldplumbinginfo.com is on the lookout for groundbreaking technologies. These may be in the areas of water management, conservation or creation. If you feel you have a product or technology that could be of benefit to the community at large please don't hesitate to contact us.

Every piece of information that benefits plumbers, engineers and the broader community is welcome.
